De gevaarlijkste kwallen op de wereld

In de wereldzeeën schuilen gevaarlijke kwallen. De chrysaora, rond de VS, veroorzaakt huiduitslag en ongemak. De gele haarkwal, grootste ter wereld, in de Noord-Atlantische Oceaan, is dodelijk bij een steek. De kubus- en irukandji-kwallen zijn levensbedreigend in Azië en Australië, met snelwerkend sterk gif. Voorzichtigheid is geboden.
